Can I disable the installment receipt for only one of my recurring donors?

You may move the individual recurring donor to a campaign that is set not to send the installment receipt email template.

If your campaign is configured to send installment receipts to all recurring donors, donation installments of recurring plans for that campaign will always send those emails.

However, one workaround is to move any recurring plans where the donor does not want installment receipt emails over to a campaign that has the installment receipt email template set not to send so that they will not be sent future installment receipt emails. 

Please note that this may affect how these donations sync down into your CRM or are exported, as they'll be attributed to that new campaign instead - if you need assistance reviewing your data flow and finding any workarounds for that, we are happy to assist.
