How can donors access their Donor Portal?

Donors can access donor portal either by entering their email on your Donor Portal URL, or by clicking on the buttons included in each email sent out by Fundraise Up to the donor.

If the donor would like to access their Donor Portal, they can visit your Donor Portal domain and provide their email address.

To locate your Donor Portal URL: 

Log into your Fundraise Up dashboard and click on Settings, usually located on the top right. In the settings menu on the left hand side please click on Donor Portal, and under the Portal URL section you will see your Donor Portal domain. Please feel free to copy it and share it with your clients. Once they enter their email address, they will be sent an email with a button that'll log them into their Donor Portal home page.

Alternatively, included in every Fundraise Up email to the donor, in the receipt, we include a button directly to the Donor Portal page about the record in question. So, if they click "Manage my donation" button at the bottom of a receipt for a recurring plan, that would take them to that specific recurring plan. 

Please be aware that if a donor clicks the Manage my donation button from an email sent longer than 24 hours ago, the donor will be taken to the email entry screen for your Donor Portal to get a fresh email with a fresh link.
