Using Fundraise Up dashboard filters

Your Fundraise Up dashboard displays your campaigns, elements, and donation transaction data in a preset view, and we'll explain ways in which you can find specific data by using filters for the following.

 


Insights

The Insights dashboard displays a summary of your donation transactions, and you may also filter the data with the following. 

Filters

Date Range
By default, the insights view will display transactions for a one month period. You can modify this date range by selecting specific dates on the calendar or by relative dates like yesterday, this week, and this year.


Campaign Selection

This will allow you to see all campaigns in your account, or you may select or search for campaigns by its name, code, or ID. Archived campaigns will show up in a grey font with a little archive box icon next to their name.  


Designation Selection

Our default view is to display all designations. However, you may select or search for the individual designations by its name, code, or ID. 

 


Donations

The Donations dashboard displays each Donation's date, account, donation amount, supporter, and campaign names. 

Filters

Campaign Selection

By default, you will see all donations for every campaign. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may search by campaign name, code, or by ID. Archived campaigns will show up in a grey font with a little archive box icon next to their name.  


Dates Selection

By default, the setting will be set for all dates. You can modify this date range on the calendar or by selecting the relative dates like yesterday, this week, and this year.


Statuses Selection

You may review the different types of transaction status like "Success" or "Failed" by clicking on the All Statuses option. 


More
Filters

Clicking the More Filters button will display additional options that can help you narrow down your criteria even further. 

The additional filters include the following. 
  • All supporters names search fields
  • Type of transactions which are One Time or Monthly
  • Designations listed by name or searchable by name, code, or ID
  • Payment type (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ACH, Plaid, and Click To Play)
  • Source (Website, Virtual Terminal)
  • Tribute checkbox
  • Comment checkbox
  • Employer checkbox

 


Campaigns

The Campaigns dashboard displays each Campaign's ID, account, name, amount raised, and donation.

Filters

Campaign Search

You may search for your campaign ID or name.

Archived Campaigns

On the right hand side of the header, you'll see an Archived Campaigns button that'll allow you to see all archived campaigns, instead of all active ones. 

 


Elements

The Elements dashboard displays each Element's ID, account, name, type, campaign, statistics, and date of last use.

Element Search

You may search for your Element ID or name.


Campaign Selection

By default, you will see Elements for all Campaigns. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may search by campaign name, code, or by ID. Archived campaigns will show up in a grey font with a little archive box icon next to their name. 


Type Selection

By default, you will see Elements of all Types. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may filter to one type of Elements, such as Donate Button or Reminder.

Archived Elements

On the right hand side of the header, you'll see an Archived Elements button that'll allow you to see all archived Elements, instead of all active ones. 

 


P2P

P2P is approaching limited release - keep an eye on your email inboxes for our outreach around this feature launch!

The P2P dashboard displays each P2P Fundraiser's account, name, campaign, supporter, goal, amount raised, start and end date, and statistics.

Filters

Campaign selection

By default, you will see P2P Fundraisers for all Campaigns. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may search by campaign name, code, or by ID. Archived campaigns will show up in a grey font with a little archive box icon next to their name. 


Status selection

By default, you will see active and inactive P2P Fundraisers. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may filter to see just active or inactive P2P Fundraisers.


Element selection

By default, you will see P2P Fundraisers started through any Element or from the dashboard directly. Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may filter to see just those P2P Fundraisers started through a particular Element.

 


Recurring

The Recurring Plans dashboard displays each Recurring Plan's supporter's name, the amount given, installments made, the total raised, when the recurring donation began, and the next donation occurrence. 

Filters

Campaign Selection

By default, you will see all recurring donations for every campaign.  Selecting the option will bring down a drop-down menu where you may search by campaign name, code, or by ID. Archived campaigns will show up in a grey font with a little archive box icon next to their name.  

 

Begin Recurring Donation Date Selection

By default, this is set for today's date. You can modify this date range on the calendar or by selecting the relative dates like yesterday, this week, and this year.

 

Statuses Selection

You may filter the different recurring donations to show All Statuses, Active, Cancelled, or Failed.

 

More Filters

Clicking the More Filters button will display additional options that can help you narrow down your criteria even further.

Supporters

The Supporters dashboard displays each Supporter's account, donor name,  email address, lifetime donated value, first donation, and last donation.

You may search for a supporter's name or by their email address.

 

Date Selection

By default, this is set for All first donation dates. You can modify this date range on the calendar or by selecting the relative dates like yesterday, this week, and this year.

 

 

Filtering by accounts

Accounts with sub-accounts will see additional options to filter by account. The additional dropdown allows you to specify whether you want to see data for All Accounts or a specific sub-account.
