Why can't I make a recurring plan with a future start date with ACH?

At this time, recurring plans with future start dates cannot be paid for with ACH.

At this time, recurring plans with future start dates cannot be paid for with ACH.  However, after the first donation is completed, the donor may select a different payment date through our donor Donor Portal or you may make these changes from the Fundraise Up Dashboard. 

To change the next recurring plan date through the donor portal, please have the donor visit their donor portal with the unique link in their email.

Please ask them to visit the Home section of the donor portal if they are not already there and select the recurring plan they like to modify.

Once the donor is viewing their recurring plan, you may select the "change" option next to the next payment date. A "change donation date window" will pop up allowing them to select a different donation date. They can then click "confirm changes" and "close" to complete the process. 

 

 

To modify the recurring date from Fundraise Up dashboard, please search for the supporter's name or email address. Once you've found the supporter, please click on the supporter's name to view their profile. Then, click on their recurring plan to modify, and select the option to "Change date". Select the desired next recurring date, and click "Confirm" and "Close".
