Why did my checkout stop offering ACH?
In order to use ACH or Plaid for US bank donations, you need to agree to the terms of service at Stripe, which you may not have done when you first joined Fundraise Up.
The Stripe Terms of Service can be found in your Stripe account dashboard.
To re-enable ACH:
- Log in to Stripe.com
- Visit the ACH Guide
- Click on the "Enable ACH" button
Once this is completed, navigate to your Fundraise Up Dashboard Payment options and re-enable the bank transfer options you desire.
