Why do I not see Payment options or Receipts under my settings?

Only Organization Administrator users will see all settings options. Additionally, some subaccounts may be set to use their parent account's payment options and receipting.

When determining why you cannot see Payment options or Receipts in Settings, there's a few things that may be the cause.

First of all, only Organization Administrator users have the ability to edit all settings pages.

If you are listed as an Organization Administrator and are not seeing the Payments options or Receipt pages, it is likely that your account is a subaccount specifically configured to use the parent account's payment options and receipting.
